CHCF Approves Funding for an Electronic POLST Registry in California

The California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) announced today that their board of directors gave the approval to develop an electronic registry for Physical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST). The project will span over two-and-half years and consist of various project partners such as The Coalition for Compassion Care of California, Emergency Medical Services Authority, Vynca,  San Diego Health Connect, and Alameda-Contra Costa Medical Association.
